How do the short weeks always seem so long? Anyway, it’s finally Friday and that means another professional pet photography Project 52 blog circle post. It’s Week 22 and our theme for the week is “black & white.” This past weekend I did one of my limited edition “Year of the Dog” headshot sessions at the PetPeople in West Chester. I didn’t plan it, but it worked out that quite a few of my doggy clients helped me with what to do for this week’s theme.
First up, we have the beautiful border collie, Spader. This gorgeous older girl was my best poser of the day. Every image I took of her was spot on.
And while the “year of the Dog” limited edition sessions are headshots, I did take full body images of most of the dogs so that the pet parents have more looks to choose from than just a headshot. How adorable is Spader’s sitting pose?
Next up we have Evie. This adorable girl is only 6 months old.
Still a puppy and so very regal!
And finally, we have Halo, the sheltie. This gorgeous girl is also a therapy dog. Technically, Halo isn’t just black and white, because she’s a merle so that means there are shades of gray, as well (but it still counts for black and white.)
Look at all that floof!
