It’s Weel 45 of professional pet photography Project 52 blog circle and our theme is “film noir.” Film noir images are typically dark and moody, reminiscent of an old suspense movie. The best way (but not the only way) to represent film noir is through black and white photography. I originally photographed Mr. Bojangles in color, but the color was minimal since he is light-colored and the background was white. So, it was all a matter of lighting it to get a moody, mysterious look and then convert it black ad white.
