The year is quickly coming to a close and we’re already at Week 47 of professional pet photography blog circle Project 52; our theme this week is “natural light.” In photography, natural light is pretty much what it sounds like, using only the light that is naturally around you. My photos for the week were taken outside of a PetSmart, not that you would ever know it. The dogs are all adoptable dogs with Little Hills of Kentucky Animal Rescue.

If you would like to learn more about any of the dogs pictured, visit Little Hills of Kentucky on Petfinder.
Now to see more light head over to visit Elaine Tweedy of I Got the Shot Photography, capturing special moments with pets and their people in Northeastern PA and surrounding areas, then go around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here.

Come out tomorrow to The Pet Spot in Norwood for some photos with Santa to benefit Save the Animals Foundation. Last year we photographed 148 dogs. How many do you think will be there this year?

If you would like to book a custom pet portrait session send us an email to suzi [at], or give us a call at 513.655.5696.
