We’ve reached another Friday, so that means it’s time for our weekly professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 post. Our theme for Week 43 is “unusual.” I must admit that this week totally had me stumped. I’ve been pretty busy this past week, so didn’t have a lot of time to think about what I was going to do that was unusual. As I was looking at pictures I had taken trying to get inspired, it finally hit me. I would post the pictures I took earlier this month (whoops!) of Mr. Bojangles and Paco in their Halloween costumes since Halloween is almost here. As I was editing the photos, I thought “how boring” and not really that unusual…so I got my creative juices flowing and made the images into something just a little out of the ordinary. I hope you enjoy them.
First up, we have the original boring (yet, indubitably cute) pictures of “The Lion King” and “Chewpaco.”
To make these pictures fit the bill of “unusual,” I used a couple of stock images I purchased for the backgrounds. I think they definitely take these two images from boring to unusual.
Since we have Mr. Bojangles “The Lion King” we had to give him a royal red throne.
And, as for “Chewpaco” (I laugh every time I say that), well, he needed to visit Tatooine, of course. Han Solo was back at the Millennium Falcon checking on some repairs, so Chewpaco was left to his own devices.
Fortunately, it was a quiet evening on Tatooine and there were no sketchy characters about.
It’s not unusual to see some great photography when you head over to see Elaine with I Got the Shot Photography, serving Northeastern PA and surrounding areas, nor when you head around the rest of the blog circle before ending up back here.
